The Benefits of Failure

In 2008*, J.K. Rowling gave the commencement address at Harvard University. There is really nothing I can add to this; her speech is moving. Enjoy!**

*I just realized that this address was giving the same day Geek Husband and I got married. Perhaps even at the exact moment Probably not, but maybe.

**I know a lot of people just skip over videos in blogs (and I know that I already posted one video this week), but this is one you really should watch. Her advice is not just good for writers or new college graduates. What she has to say is powerful and applies to anyone. Seriously – watch it.

Thank you for posting, Rae. What wonderfully inspiring and practical truths. They have been taken to heart and applied liberally.
